From the airport
The airport is 4 km away from the city centre. There is a bus service every half hour, however the best way to travel from the airport is by petit taxi; the journey should cost around 20dh. Grands Taxis have a flat rate of 60dh for the journey from the airport to Djemaa el Fna and they can carry up to 6 people.

By Train
The train station is located at the edge of Gueliz, the new city, and the best way to get from there to the centre is by petit taxi. There is also a bus service linking the station with Place Foucauld next to the square of Djemaa el Fna.

By Coach
There are numerous coach companies and they all stop at the gare routiere outside the old city’s walls near Bab Doukkala for the exception of the CTM and Supratour coaches that stop outside their offices in the new city and near the train station respectively.

Grands Taxis
The majority of Grands Taxis arrives and departs from Bab Doukkala.
They can carry up to 6 people and their prices are set prices intended per journey and not per person.

Petits Taxis
Petits taxis are metre operated and can take up to three people. They are available all over town and can be stopped on the street. Make sure you insist on having the metre on or agree on a set fee for a said journey.

Horse-drawn carriages
Horse-drawn carriages go from Place de Foucauld and are a nice way to visit the city. They can take up to 5 people and cost roughly the same as petits taxis.
